You don't need to arrive with an idea. We decode your DNA — content, DMs, audience — and bring you the concept that's already hiding in there.

E-book
The questions you answer in DMs every single day — structured into something your followers keep coming back to.

Video course
A calm, well-produced course built around how you actually teach — no studio script, no borrowed persona.

Template kit
The planners, presets, and workflows you already use — packaged so your audience can use them too.

Coaching offer
The one format that isn't a download: live sessions or a small group with clear boundaries — direct access for them, a protected calendar for you.
These four are the usual shapes, not a menu. If your audience wants something else — a membership, a live workshop, a preset pack, a Notion system, a multi‑day challenge, an audio series — we build that instead.
Have an idea for a course, e-book, or template kit?
This isn't an agency deal — it's a collab. You make the one thing only you can make. We do everything around it, and we only earn when it sells.
Before any idea: your content, your voice, your recurring themes — and your audience's DNA right beside it: the questions they keep asking, what they actually want, what they'd actually buy. The concept comes out of what we decode there, not out of a brainstorm.
Kodawari · loving detail — no templates; it starts with knowing exactly what makes you and your audience yours.

You don't need to know what to sell. We come back with the product concept your own data pointed at — and you say yes, no, or 'almost'.
No principle here either — the idea isn't ours to claim. It comes out of your own data and your own audience; we just say it out loud first.

Structure, curriculum, tone, look — worked out together in a handful of sessions, not delivered to your inbox. You approve every direction before anything gets made.
Shokunin · the artisan's craft — shaping products is our trade, so you don't have to learn it.

Your voice, your face, your knowledge. We hand you a clear plan of what to record and in what order — then it's you and the camera.
The one step that's entirely yours — no studio principle attached. This is where you happen.

Every recording comes back to us. We check it, polish it, and nothing goes live that isn't good enough — if something's missing, we tell you exactly what to re-record.
Kaizen · improvement in steps — the pass after your recordings is where good becomes ready.

Sales page, pricing, checkout, delivery, support, refunds — the whole commercial machine. You never touch a checkout setting.
No principle for this one. Some work is just work — which is exactly why we take it.

Your product goes live to your audience — a launch happens once, and we treat it that way. The door opens, and the first of your people walk in.

Ichi-go ichi-e · one time, one meeting — a launch doesn't repeat, so we make it count.
The money splits at the register.
One sale, two drawers: your share lands directly with you, ours directly with us — at the register, not after it. No invoices, no payout dates, no chasing — nobody ever holds the other's money.
Wa · harmony between two parties — not promised, but built into the checkout.

Seven steps, zero upfront fee. Want to talk through your launch?
Partners bring what only they can. Everything between your recordings and a paying follower sits on our side of the table.

We don't shoot your content — that stays yours, and that's the point. You never touch a checkout setting, a VAT form, or a refund thread. That's ours.
We handle the strategy, build, copy, and shop. You bring your knowledge.
We're pre‑launch, so we can't show you numbers yet. We can show you the deal.

Ikigai — 生き甲斐 — gets drawn in the West as a tidy diagram: what you love, what you're good at, what the world needs, what you can be paid for.
Useful. But the original meaning is softer: the joy of small things. The reason you get up in the morning.
The post you actually enjoy making
The DM from someone you genuinely helped
The topic you could talk about for hours
That's your ikigai. You've already found it.
We just help it pay the bills.
Look at the fourth circle: what you can be paid for. It isn't the awkward one — it's the one that keeps the other three alive. Making a living from what you already give isn't the opposite of ikigai; it's the part most creators are missing. That's the circle this collab exists for.

it's there while you sleep

Built to last. Always a shared product, never a quick concept drop.
These are the four questions every creator asks before working with us — answered the way we'd answer them in chat.
ok honest question — what does this cost me?
Nothing upfront, ever. We carry our side of the collab — concept, design, shop, delivery, support — and our share only exists once your product actually sells. We can afford to work like this because we're a small team with very good, specialised tools that speed up the studio work. The content itself is always yours, recorded by you.
and if it just… doesn't sell?
Then we lose the weeks we invested — that's the deal we chose. The split keeps us honest: we only build products we genuinely believe your audience wants.
do I have to turn into a salesperson?
No. You keep creating like you always have. The product lives in your bio and your stories — we handle funnels, checkout, delivery, and support.
why a revenue split and not just a fee?
There's a Japanese word we run the whole studio on: 和 (wa) — harmony between two parties. If we charged upfront, we could win while you lose. The split leaves exactly one way for us to earn: making it work for you. That's not a pricing gimmick; it's the position.
Still have questions? Let's discuss your launch in person.
We haven't launched with anyone yet — you'd be one of our first three collabs, not client number forty‑seven. The risk sits with us: we only earn when you do, and a first launch is the one a studio can least afford to get wrong. Early means more attention, more care, and more say — and the point of all of it is simple: that what you already give starts paying you back.
